I had a heartbreaking discussion with one of my caregivers who is concerned with how to explain to her 10 year old daughter and 12 year old son that their Grandmother would not remember them.
I was not sure what to recommend to her.
Does anyone have suggestions on how a parent explains the affects of Alzheimer's disease to a child?
